  The staff here is incredible. Absolutely every single person I've encountered has been so incredibly nice that I can't explain it. No wonder they're still in business with their incredibly ridiculously high prices. I can't afford to feed my dog for more than it costs me to eat daily but apparently there's enough filthy rich folks that keep this place in business for love of their pets and the fantastic service you get from here. They treat my dog like royalty when I go in there. Their bathrooms are also very clean and kept up. I usually buy something small for my dog just to support the place a tiny bit but if their prices were reasonable I'd give 5 stars and shop there regularly. I'm still gonna keep going just for little things and the amazing experience.

  I come here primarily because this location hosts a weekly VIP pretty clinic, and offers self-washing areas. In general this store is pretty clean. The product selection is geared mostly towards cats and dogs with minor items for other pets (i.e. fish, rodents, birds, reptiles, etc.). I enjoy how kind the staff are, and how convenient it is to wash my dog here, and then walk him across the street to the Pruneyard so he can get a good walk and a thorough air-dry.
