  I used to like this store, they have a fun selection of things. However today I needed a specific thing, so in called and asked if they had it. I was told yes. So I drive 20 min and they don't have it. That's not acceptable. That ended up wasting an hour of my day. Terrible service. I doubt I'll be coming back here again after this.

  I bought a full price hobo bag before Christmas, got it home, and decided it was not right for my trip. I took it back only to be told I cannot return. When I purchased I was not informed it was a final sale. This is terrible customer service and I will not be shopping there again. I totally understand if it was a clearance item but it was full price. Do not shop here!
