  This is the worst cell phone retailer I have ever dealt with. There have been issues with our phones since day 1. How do you go from 3 phones and an iPad, to 11 different phone numbers on the same account. Then we paid for insurance, but the insurance was removed without our consent. Do when something happened to my sons phone we had to run around like a chicken with our head cut off to prove that we were supposed to have insurance. They should have been paying us to do their job. It really surprised me that they actually refused to do it.
